Your role
Do you want to be part of an exciting journey concentrating on the stakeholder management, processes coordination and effective delivery? Are you an analytic thinker who is also passionate about legal? Are you interested in gaining a valuable experience pursuing a career in business/legal administration? Would you like to undertake a professional internship designed to provide on-the-job training? If so, we are looking for someone to:
•Help us drive the execution of the IEO initiatives by coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting analyses, monitoring progress and preparing/updating documentation/presentations.
•Maintain the global contract Global Master Service Agreement on a quarterly basis.
•Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Your team
You’ll be working in the TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) IEO Inventory Team based in Krakow. We’re truly global, collaborative and friendly group of people. Together, we provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the global TPRM performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.
By joining the team, you will have an opportunity to enhance your organizational and teamwork skills. You will also have a chance to cooperate with team members located all over the world.
Your expertise
You are:
•a student or graduate with focus in Legal/Finance/Economy
•a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
•strong team player
•available for 40 hours per week
You have:
•sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
•ability to complete complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment
•a structured, diligent and detail-oriented work style
•a good command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•preferably experiences in strategy consulting, banking or similar achievements
•ability to deal with ad-hoc job requests from multiple stakeholders
•good English language communication skills (both written and verbal)
•positive attitude
