What you’ll do:
  • Lead cross functional ITM projects, new product launches, and promotions and serve as a liaison between key stakeholders
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all aspects of the project, prepared detailed project plans, and ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Develop, manage, and review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare communication reports
  • Asses project issues and develop solutions to meet cost, quality, timing, and delivery objectives
  • Develop appropriate tools to monitor project progress and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders
  • Delineate and prepare project status presentation covering aspects of project milestones achieved, upcoming milestones, risks involved, stipulated timelines, tasks to be executed and projected Vs. actual work plans for new product launches
  • Recommend identification and allocation of optimum resources (manpower, tools, software) to facilitate project execution
  • Identify and asses risks to facilitate timely completion of the assigned project
  • Review the progress with the Functional Heads
  • Prepare and share periodic project status reports
  • Support with knowledge and expertise project specialists who work on post-launch projects
  • Project support activity may include development, management and maintenance of the operational documents necessary for managing large, complex projects
What you’ll need:
  • Good computer systems acumen including Microsoft Project,
  • Priority Management support: Effectively oversee, coordinate, and integrate resources to support projects and organizational goals; provide support and guidance to navigate the bureaucracy of the organization,
  • Planning and Organizing: Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, on profile, and on budget,
  • Issues Resolution: Use sound judgment to escalate issues for quick resolution; allow for challenges to be alleviated with a sense of urgency,
  • Knowledge of the Business: Be able to interpret and apply the key internal and external drivers that affect the business, including financial, political, cultural and industry trends in support of diverse and globally distributed teams,
  • Interpret Data: Be able to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from technical or business material,
  • Communicate Business Information: Effectively communicate and present complex data to influence all levels and global audiences; help others understand data and translate it into actionable business insights,
  • Strategic Thinking: Be able to think strategically and understand the broader view,
  • Agility: Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a dynamic environment,
  • Leadership: Ability to prioritize and successfully manage project deliverables for sub teams, maintenance and market expansion projects,
  • Relationship Management: Be able to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships,
  • Team Management: Develop relationships and trust with team members, be able to drive team members' accountability and desired behaviors,
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgment.
