Job Purpose:

Provides the leadership to Amway Content Localization team of approx 10-12 team members.

Ensures the quality and timely delivery of communication pieces localization process for designated language capabilities.

What you’ll do:
  • Own timely implementation and maintenance of the process of marketing, sales, training, events and strategic online and offline communication pieces localization
  • Partner with Head of Marketing Communications and Translation and Localization Lead, to ensure proper process is in place to deliver content localization
  • Lead the Content Localization team and manages team tasks
  • Manage team tasks appropriately and supervises their performance
  • Recruit new staff and trains new-joiners
  • Continuously motivate and support the team
  • Manage regular HR processes
  • Set standards, lead quality and process improvement initiatives
  • Cascade up and down relevant messages
  • Define the methods of quality control and capacity planning in designated area
  • Support the resolution of content quality issues with the relevant stakeholders
  • Support implementation of various process improvements and optimization
  • Create partnership with other teams within Marketing and Digital organization as well as Sales and Startegic Comms organization
What you’ll need:
  • Fluency in English and preferably additional European language
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing Communications
  • Proven track record in content management/editing/translations/proofreading/
  • Previous experience in managing a team in Marketing environment
  • General knowledge of marketing processes
  • General knowledge of digital tools and practices
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability and confidence to co-operate with more senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a multinational team and environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong customer driven focus
  • Open mind and flexibility to travel
  • Self-reliance, proactive approach and motivation
