• provide first class service and advice on all financial matters to a large HR function
• develop and maintain trusted client relationship by understanding the specific needs of the function and offering proactive support
• prepare and further develop meaningful financial planning, analysis and reports for the function, supporting management in reaching their strategic objectives
• collaborate on the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our cost and service management processes
Your team
You’ll be working in the HR Services and Cost Management team in Poland. Our mandate is to coordinate all services and cost related topics across HR to ensure the integrity of HR services and financials. We partner with the HR services to ensure appropriate cost management, provide transparency and contribute to the achievement of cost targets. As a business analyst, you’ll play an important role in our mandate.
Your expertise
• solid understanding of financials & accounting fundamentals such as e.g. forecasting, business cases etc.
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, partnering with senior stakeholders
• strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills with great attention to details
• able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure
• excellent communicator who can adapt style to audience
• fluency in English

• comfortable working on a variety of operational and strategic financial topics with senior clients
• keen to get deeply involved to understand the requirements of the business and to develop adequate solutions
• pro-actively looking to improve processes and ways of working
