Business Conduct Coordinator

Purpose of Role:
- Process ABOs (Amway Business Owners) requests and complaints in accordance with provisions of the Rules of Conduct (RoC) and Business Policies and defined procedures and processes including appropriate reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Process ABOs (Amway Business Owners) requests and complaints in accordance with provisions of the Rules of Conduct (RoC) and Business Policies and defined procedures and processes including appropriate reporting
- Provide explanation of application of RoC/Business Policies, processes and procedures to ABOs and market of responsibility, including ABO and staff trainings
- Review and authorize/ deny Business Support Materials (BSM) according to the European BSM Review Standards and centralized European BSM Review process, including appropriate reporting
- Monitor review and authorization of ABO Websites and ABO My Pages
- Attend to ABO meetings and functions
- Coordinate, translate and review BC related communication in area of responsibility, including updating rules of conduct and policies
- Create BC related communication for area of responsibility
- Support and process Higher Awards Approvals according to current process
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor of Arts in Legal, Business Administration or related education (an asset)
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a related field
- Languages: fluent in written and spoken English + any other European language knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Self-starting personality, pro-active, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
- Ability to evaluate documents accurately
- Attention to details when checking the compliance with applicable procedures
- Proved intercultural competencies
- A team player, experienced in working with international and cross-functional teams
- Able to work with deadlines
- Very good objective setting and analytical skills
- Very good skills in MS Office
