Your role
As a Content Management Specialist, you will focus on supporting those Content Marketing Specialists responsible for managing and developing all owned content marketing channels for Personal Banking, Asset Management and Corporate Clients.
• you will be mainly responsible for managing the content and design of our online client magazines on ubs.com.
• you will be the main point of contact within the Content Marketing team for content design and UX issues and will ensure that the design of the content prepared by other Content Marketing Specialists is user-friendly.
• as part of the team, you will proactively drive the development of a comprehensive content marketing ecosystem to address existing and new target groups, and you will take care of the ongoing performance optimization of our content. This applies equally to awareness, consideration and leads.
• you will complete these tasks – your actions always based on insights and data – on a content and distribution level.
Your team
The Content & Dialogue Marketing team is a part of marketing in Switzerland. Our tasks include creating, publishing and applying (digital) content, as well as classic dialog marketing. The position is in the UBS office in Wroclaw and includes regular trips to our onshore location in Zurich (approximately 5–10% of working hours), especially at the beginning of your new role.
Your expertise
• at least three years of experience in web publishing, content marketing, UX or a related subject matter
• experience with action-triggering online and offline communications and an understanding of multichannel marketing
• an open, direct communication style, and you enjoy working in teams with a diverse range of contacts.
• strategic, conceptual and innovative thinking, and you are passionate about using top-quality communications media to best effect.
• broad knowledge of diverse marketing tools such as: Adobe Experience Cloud, SEO software, Google Search Console, Censhare, Decibel, etc.
• a flair for (digital) storytelling
• a proactive and efficient approach to work
• experience with Agile working methods
• ideally, a university degree (university or technical college)
• very good written and spoken German and English skills, further foreign language skills (F, I) are an advantage
