About the job
You will join the Service Adoption team in Digital Services & Infrastructure, along with 6 other Business Change Managers. The team also consists of a Scrum Master and BCM Lead.
As a Business Change Manager, you will work on ensuring business adaption in the roll-out and implementation of IT solutions to support the new ways of modern working. You do so by analysing how changes will affect our business and identifying, involving, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed. And as such, we rely heavily on your ability to inspire, prepare, and mobilize the organization for the changes to come.
Specifically, you will:
- Work closely with our BCM Lead, Business Change Manager colleagues and other team members to ensure coordinated efforts
- Create stakeholder mappings and manage matching communication to different levels of stakeholders
- Prepare stakeholder management and end user adoption plans
- Facilitate workshops to create understanding of the changes
- Produce communication materials and run training sessions
- Set and follow up on initiatives KPIs
- Support other ad hoc change initiatives
Who are you?
Because of the challenges in implementing and communicating business changes, you will make good use of your strong communication and relationship building skills. At the same time, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating and working effectively with all levels across the Arla organization. You possess the empathy to handle and understand human elements in transformational change efforts.
