Your role
We are breaking down traditional silos and hire for the work, not for the job. Therefore, as HR Operations Specialist you can be responsible for the whole variety of operational tasks: You’ll:
– take full responsibility for the coordination of assigned training program
– coordinate project management activities related to the assigned program
– be responsible for issuing and sending communication to multiple stakeholders
– creating and maintaining presentations, articles and other materials related to the project
– manage strong relationships with all internal clients and stakeholders by meeting their expectations through effective delivery

You'll be part of the HR Service Delivery team in Poland.

Your expertise
- ideally some experience in the area of communications and project management
- sharp eye for detail combined with successful time management skills would be key
- very good communication skills and ability to work in a global team
- able to stay on track in a fast-changing environment
- very good English
- MS Office skills (knowledge of PowerPoint is key)
