Your role
Are you skilled in business analysis that enables change and enhancements? Do you have the proven ability to analyze processes, products and services?
As a Business Manager in the EMEA Operating Office, you'll play an important role in supporting our team and the EMEA Regional President and EMEA COO in their daily and strategic tasks.
Depending on need, you will get involved with projects in various areas of the bank (e.g. Business Divisions, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR, etc.).
Much of the role will be working with senior management, which involves strategic content.
As you will interact with several functions in your role, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and understanding of the business and build a solid network within UBS
Some of the tasks you'll get involved in are:
• Assisting with preparation of management information, regional communications, various engagement initiatives (e.g. townhall, input to newsletters and events)
• Supporting organization of EMEA Leadership Forum
• Preparing materials and briefing documents regarding the region for relevant stakeholders
• Assisting with the coordination of strategic projects
• Performing ad-hoc tasks to support a broad range of stakeholders

You'll be working in the Regional Operating Office EMEA Europe, Middle East & Africa team

Your expertise
• Ideally some experience in a similar role within or outside the financial sector
• Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• Good written and spoken English
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Dealing with confidential information
• Strong people skills
