P2P Process Transformation Lead

Purpose of the role:
The objective of this role is to design the standard global business process to help drive the P2P (Procure to Pay) holistic process transformation roadmap. The P2P Process Transformation Lead will also lead and support the general project/program portfolio and ad hoc projects. The secondary focus of this role is to support P2P contract execution with an outsourcing Company. This role directly reports to the Global Process Owner for P2P.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the projects that may be related to process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking
- Lead and contribute to global P2P standardization programs including processes, systems, and data management
- Drive the P2P business process transformation roadmap and project/program portfolio
- Support and/or drive with Global PtP Process Owner end-to-end PtP process transformation programs, including implementation of new tools, process re-design, harmonization, transitions, etc.
- Provide operational, process, systems and tools expertise on end-toend PtP Processes and regional specific ways of working.
- Collaborate with GBS stakeholders (Service Managers, Knowledge Manager, Process Managers, Service Partner Manager, Business Analysts, Internal Audit) to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.
- Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
- Provide analysis and recommend solutions for consolidating platforms to improve integration and to streamline processes in accordance with company policies and Finance objectives
- Minimize customization of processes and solutions. Provide recommendations for process standardization, simplification, and automation.
- Collaborate across functions and sites to synchronize requirements and lead/support the implementation of solutions,
- Act as “contract” performance Lead between Amway and external provider within following areas:
- Contract performance management (Monitor and report on all deliverables & obligations
- Ensure all potential issues (deviations from contracted performance) are managed
- Financial Management- Manage all aspects of financial issues related to the contract, including avoiding cost overrun in respect of the business case and budget for the contract
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership
- Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management within impacted business areas
- Actively supports the design and execution of testing strategies and plans
What you’ll need:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance
- In-depth knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Sourcing process
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems (Oracle and JDE preferred)
- Project Management - experience in shaping P2P processes and leading transition and transformation projects (RPA, OCR, Workflow, e-invoicing and others)
- Experience in implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries
- Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving
- Experience in troubleshooting problems and developing solutions
- Effective communicator with proven experience in working with internal business clients, external suppliers, and stakeholders
- Excellent command of business English
