Your role

Are you able to handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm? Are you someone who likes to establish structure with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy thinking two steps ahead on requests from stakeholders to understand requests and how best to respond?
We’re looking for a business resource manager to:

• lead workforce analysis and optimization, and continuous improvement of efforts covering hiring, talent and succession planning, promotion cycles and role compensation strategy
• drive continual financial planning and governance process such as direct cost management, allocated cost methodology, 3rd party spend, and all non-personnel cost lines
• manage 3rd party contract creation and execution, and regional onboarding/offboarding of external resources
• develop communications strategies and concepts in support of strategic projects, such as digitalization,’ Agile@’ adoption, as well as support and lead team engagement and development initiatives
• understand, represent, and advocate for team needs within Group Risk Control (GRC) overall and Combined US Operations (CUSO) CRO and Act as a trusted communication partner for key internal stakeholders
• work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units of HR, Finance, US Chief Risk Office CAO and business management team, GRC Business Management teams and CUSO Operational Risk Management
• foster a sense of community within the organization through the creation and management of collaboration spaces and initiatives, furthering engagement of the teams
• regularly evaluate, challenge, and improve existing processes, help implement new processes (including training)
• help craft crisp, executive level presentations for management stakeholders and regulatory updates

Your team

You’ll be working in the Model Oversight, Governance and Resource Management team in MRMC US, which is responsible for model governance, risk analytics and reporting, regulatory and core operational and business management activities.

Your expertise

• a bachelor degree or equivalent required
• ideally 4 + years of experience in business operations, project management or related role ideally within central business functions such as risk, finance, or HR with global footprint
• excellent organizational skills to manage projects simultaneously
• critical thinker focused on details, with solid analytical skills, ability to support analysis with stakeholders.
• strong excel skills and fluency with budgets and cost analysis desired
• strong written and verbal communication skills (English) to support change efforts
• strong presentation skill with the ability to adapt to the audience
