Who are we looking for?

As Product Owner in Fund Accounting you will be the “Voice of the Business” for one or more agile development teams. You will gather requirements from the Fund Accounting business, build out a product backlog focused on delivering maximum value for operations, priorities these items with your development team(s), and ultimately deliver these new functionalities to the business.

The successful candidate will be strongly independent, have the vision required to lead the team forward into new opportunities as they emerge, and be able to manage stakeholders at multiple levels from subject matter experts through to management executives as required.

Your new role

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements

Product Owner within the global Driverless NAV initiative will be leading an agile development team through its assigned roadmap as we seek to build and improve upon the level of digitization and automation of the NAV calculation and delivery process.


As a Product Owner - Fund Accounting, Assistant Vice President you will:

  • Lead one or more globally-distributed agile development teams through their assigned product roadmap, prioritising emerging items as required
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, creating that vital link between technology and business
  • Build out a product backlog based upon requirements gathering discussions with end users
  • Clearly express business requirements to the development team
  • Ensure scenario based testing mitigates the risk of impact of releases to production

  • Technical mindset with prior experience of the Product Owner role, Business Analysis, and/or Fund Accounting is an advantage

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the industry
  • Previous experience in agile as a Product Owner
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products
