Portfolio Manager – Nutrition & Wellness | Poland

What you’ll do:
- Drive Nutrilite brand absolute and share growth by developing and launching new product solutions, goal based programs and growing organically existing portfolio
- Grow the Nutrilite brand and the rest of N&W portfolio profitability
- Build an attractive brand and a consistent brand messaging
- Monitor portfolio financials, using findings to actively steer brand business plans for the region
- Develop and ensure implementation of short- and long-term marketing strategies for the portfolio area in the European sub region, including launch and discontinuance decisions, promotion strategy as well as development of compelling marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and monitor budgets of launch and promotion projects pre and post launch
- Oversee business case development for sub regional launch projects
- Work with European counterparts as well as the Global Brand Marketing Team to successfully develop and implement all strategies and actions for the European Portfolio area
- Actively demonstrate strong leadership as member of sub-regional team, participate in Global category planning meetings and ensure needs of the European sub region are addressed
- Cooperate closely with communication department, this includes development of strategic framework for creative concept briefings for creative agencies on brand level
- Use market research to understand consumer and distributor needs and to make winning marketing decisions
- Ensure team understanding and pragmatic use of market research
- Engage and partner with Sales, rest of Marketing Dept (specifically Digital Marketing and Trade Marketing) and ABOs Leaders to bring strategy to life
- Attract, empower, motivate, and develop staff to achieve high performance and develops new leaders
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing, Management),
- Minimum of 7 years brand and product management for a multi-national company,
- Direct Selling and FMCG background,
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience,
- Fluency in written and spoken English and any additional European languages (especially Italian or German) preferred,
- Experience with market research projects and external agencies,
- A team player approach - experience in leading international teams and cross-functional teams,
- Experience in working pan European functions is an advantage,
- Sound business acumen required, specifically financial skills,
- Experience in coaching and staff development,
- Proven leadership, negotiation and strategic thinking skills,
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills,
- Understanding and good use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word,
- Self-reliance, proactive approach and motivation,
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines,
- Ability to travel.
