Who we are looking for

State Street Global Exchange combines unique capabilities in data and analytics to better serve our clients and build relationships with new customers. Through information and insights, investment analytics and data solutions, our goal is to help our Clients to generate the most value.

State Street Global Exchange Analytics’ truView platform is a web-based application providing a full suite of analytics that give clients insight into the risks and performance of their investment portfolios. Supporting all asset classes the platform produces analytics such as: stress testing, value at risk (VaR), position specific analytics for derivatives (delta, gamma, vega etc.) and fixed income characteristics such as duration and convexity.

We are looking for a specialist to join our newly created Client Onboarding team. The successful candidate be responsible for onboarding new clients and products into truView platform.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model from Krakow or Gdansk office.

What you will be responsible for

  • Onboarding new clients and products

  • Developing a streamlined and consistent operating model

  • Ensure an efficient, accurate and error resistant setup prior to go-live

  • Develop and execute user acceptance tests

  • Work co-operatively with other risk groups in different locations and time zones

  • Assist in specifying new functionality to further streamline operational processes

  • Work with Client Service, Business Development, Relationship Managers, Legal Team, Sales and Clients on contracting items, billing, revenue tracking set up

  • Work with local management on strategic initiatives and planning for business unit

  • Other project-based tasks as assigned

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage projects within a designated time frame to a target end result

  • Good understanding on risk techniques and valuation methods (Value At Risk, Stress Testing, Exposures, Greeks, BackTesting)

  • Typically 3+ years of experience in Financial Services
