Your role
Are you a self-driven person, with an interest in online marketing and analytics? Do you have a good understanding of how to analyze, structure and visualize data? Do you enjoy being challenged and to solve complex problems daily?
As an Enablement and Insights Digital Analyst, you will have a unique chance to increase your knowledge and build up skills around web analytics in a supportive and experienced environment.
You will work alongside the Enablement and Insights team located in Zurich to review and allocate business tickets/requests to the appropriate team members, and in delivering analytics requests yourself.
We’re looking for someone that can:
• support the monitoring of our web analytics team workflow;
• review incoming reporting requests and allocate them to correct team member;
• assure the quality of reports and insights delivered as part of the team’s service;
• find innovative ways to encourage UBS employees to engage with data;
• oversee and support the creation of reports and dashboards for management;
• ensure data quality within Adobe Analytics;
• support standardization of online reporting;
• provide administrative support of Adobe Analytics tools.

You'll be working in the Enablement and Insights team in Wroclaw. We aim to provide best in class web analytics program for UBS employees. Our focus is on empowering others to make data-based decisions.

Your expertise
Required experience & skills:
• 1-2 year experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tool;
• bachelor’s degree (mathematical or computing focus will be a plus);
• excellent written and spoken English skills;
• strong familiarity with Excel and MS office;
• experience with JIRA will be a plus;
• experience in project and stakeholder management;
• strong analytical and communication skills;
• high affinity to work efficiently in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements other requirements:
- excellent attention to detail, service delivery and project management skills,
- enjoy being challenged and to solve complex problems on a daily basis,
- ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines,
- self-reliant and capable of both independent work and as member of a team.
