Senior Analyst with German

Responsibilities:
- analyze sales data and calculate compensation based on collected data,
- proactively communicate with branches and distributors,
- collection supporting documentation for calculations and corresponding changes in indirect pricing,
- analyze and report monthly SLAs and KPI results,
- identify issues, demonstrate urgency in resolving them and escalate as necessary,
- ensure proper flow of information between all stakeholders in the process,
- proactively identifying opportunities for improvement,
- suggesting procedural changes to improve efficiency,
- conduct training/workshops for external entities.
Requirements:
- min. 3 years of work experience with the ability to analyze and solve problems,
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field,
- fluency in German and very good knowledge of English,
- knowledge of SAP with a clear understanding of financial processes,
- experience in reporting to management,
- analytical skills,
- detail and quality orientation,
- good organizational and time management skills,
- customer service orientation; ability to work with internal and external parties.
