We are looking for HR Administration Specialist with French and located in Warszawa.

Some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. What you will do:

  • Support our team on the employee’s on diverse HR administration processes for France (such as onboarding, mobility, healthcare…)
  • Supporting HR Business Partners, employees in HR administration related questions
  • Updating the information in HR digital system and guarantee the quality of data
  • Participating in management of employee’s additional benefits (company car – fines, renting management, communication with external service providers etc.)
  • Take part in different projects on continuous improvement processes, be proactive in proposing solutions to make our processes more efficient and contribute to customer satisfaction.

If you have:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Pro-active attitude and can-do attitude, spirit proposing ideas and feedback
  • Interest in HR, digital tools & willingness to support and learn
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details and analytical approach with an ability to prioritize.
  • Very good knowledge and command of MS Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Skype, MS teams, etc.) would be an advantage
  • Customer orientation and team player. Open to work with different nationalities, teams and departments
  • Proven experience in HR area/customer service - would be an asset.
