We are looking for a professional like you to:
- Engage closely with stakeholders across functions and divisions of UBS
- Actively challenge and collaborate with service providers to understand cost allocations and seek for optimization opportunities
- Drive monthly reporting and provide senior management updates on service quality, risk and costs
- Prepare convincing, concise and visually attractive senior management presentations, e.g., for the Leadership Forum
- Support the journey to increased cost efficiency and scalability by development of a new cost model providing transparency and insight into cost drivers
- Respond to regular and ad-hoc queries for reports and insights
- Take initiative to identify opportunities and develop solutions that increase efficiency of our processes (e.g. data collection and transformation)
Your team
You’ll be working in the Service & Quality Management team within Global Wealth Management Chief Operating Office (GWM COO). We support GWM COO by providing transparency, monitoring allocated cost, actively managing business demand and supporting various efficiency projects with strong impact on UBS profitability. We collaborate closely with teams across GWM and Group Functions to support service & operational excellence.
This exciting role will provide the opportunity to grow, build up in-depth knowledge about Wealth Management and to network across diverse functions within UBS.
Your expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance or economics,
- 3+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles
- Strong assessment and conceptual skills with high affinity to numbers (Excel)
- An excellent communicator who can create concise summaries and visualize even complex matters convincingly (PowerPoint)
- Experience or knowledge in generating insights using business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx and/or others) preferrable
- A self-starter with ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks
- Smart, proactive, diligent and a team-worker
- Fluent in English, spoken and in written
