Program Manager

We are looking for a strong program leader to support our West Technology Organization in executing the CAP and A65 priorities by collaborating with multiple markets and other tech. functions with series of versions and rollouts which requires multiyear roadmap planning, tracking and management across all West markets.
What you’ll do:
- Develops, manages, reports and maintains overall program plans
- Owns high-level program planning and scheduling, but not detailed technical or task planning
- Manages program risks, removing blockers and escalating recommendations to the Business and/or Tech Leaders for resolution
- Cooperates with other Technical Leads and Product Managers
- Cooperates with West Program Manager to ensure EU/SA/ANZ priorities are on track
- Works with pods and more specifically, scrum masters, and as needed with West Tech lead to identify resources for support and the removal of bottlenecks
- Supports Head of PM with the yearly budget, focusing on pod / strategic initiatives spend
- Is responsible for facilitating the CAP planning process and follow throughs with all of the technology team
- Works with EU/SA/ANZ Tech Lead and Product Management Lead to manage global demand management process and market requests
- Is responsible for managing projects with significant bottom-line impact or cross-functional pod coordination
- Works with tech leads and product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for community & commerce experience that helps our ABO succeed in their business goals
- Instills best practices for processes and agile software development and documentation, assures designs meet requirements, and delivers high-quality work on tight schedules
- Works with teams to develop agile basecamp maturity assessment and develops plan to advance agile and scrum capabilities among tech team and broader key stakeholders
- Foster collaborates and facilitates team key meetings across E2E pods (Program standups, Project Planning, Sprint Planning, Stake Holder Reporting, Alignment etc.)
- Aligns program governance with projects or sprints and maks sure the project/scrum team follows the governance meeting expected quality of deliverables
- Embraces and exemplifies continuous improvement as a way of working for high performing product delivery team
- Educates stakeholders about program governance and process
- Is accountable for working with the OM team on knowledge transfer and a smooth transition into the new ways of working/operating as one market

What you’ll need:
Understanding of Biz. Strategy & Plans
- Experience in business strategy and business engagement, or building teach. Support plan aligning with Biz. strategy & plans.
- Good understanding of business processes and practices.
- Good analytic and business modeling skills.
Communication
- Clear written and oral English language communication to larger and higher stakes audiences. Includes: writing clear emails, communicating clearly in person, writing and providing presentations.
Collaboration
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration within and across multiple teams, functions, departments, and levels.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and business partners.
- Ability to align program roadmap, plans, and governance to projects/scrum plans.
Technical
- Strong understanding of technology language and use of applications in business.
- Basic understanding of architecture in the level of planning.
- Ability to use Product Management and partner function (Engineering, Design) tools to partner well across the team.
- Ability to partner with IT infra and application development tech. staffs.
Execution
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing tasks and assignments
- Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines.
- Understanding of the product lifecycle, governance, etc.
- Rich working experience using agile methodologies, industry standards and best practices.
Management
- Strong management skills in the program.
Others
- 2-3 years of experience translating business strategy into specific product features/experience.
- 5-6 years of experience working with technology and user experience teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements.
- 5-6 years of demonstrated delivery of business results.
- 5-6 year of experience in an agile software environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with scrum master, analyst or product manager, scrum delivery team etc.
- Strong partnering and teaming skills with both global affiliate counterparts and cross-functional departments and markets.
