Responsibilities:
- processing invoices and documentation related to accounting processes: AP/AR/GL (payables/receivables/general ledger department),
- contact with another department and local teams,
- proposing and paricipation in project of improvements and automation,
- preparation of daily accounting and process work in accordance with policies and procedures,
- performing monthly and periodic reporting,
- active participation in the month-end closing process.
Requirements:
- experience in the AP/AR/GL area in SSC or BPO structures,
- desire to development in finance,
- degree in finance and accounting or economy would be an asset,
- very good command in English and German (at least B2),
- professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA) would be an asset,
- strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude,
- advanced knowledge of SAP system will be an asset,
- experience in migration of finance processes or project improvements will be an asset.
