Responsibilities:
- researching and solving payment discrepancies,
- provide analysis and reports for your scope of activity,
- prepare and submit documentation for internal controls (maintaining deadlines and good quality),
- managing invoice processing for complicated vendor portfolio and intercompany vendor accounts,
- processing payment requests,
- participating in monthly accounting, reconciliations, journal entry preparation,
- performing account aging reviews and resolve overpayments/recovery,
- review and action on overdue vendor debit and credit balances,
- resolving vendor and business inquiries.
Requirements:
- business Administration, Accounting, Finance Degree or equivalent,
- 1+ year of experience in Accounting, Finance area,
- shared Service experience would be an asset,
- ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of management,
- proficiency Microsoft applications (especially Excel),
- knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system would be an asset,
- good knowledge of English and French (min. B2 level).
