We’re looking for a HR Operations Onboarding Specialist to:
•Effectively Manage daily Onboarding requests in accordance to UBS global or regional policies and in line with country legislative standards
•make sure that our employees have a valid work permit, when needed
•treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
•contribute to IT-related improvement activities within our team
•stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
You'll be working in the HR Onboarding team in Krakow. We keep Stakeholders satisfied by ensuring smooth onboarding of employees into our system, thereby ensuring good candidate experience
You will be part of a large, well-knit and enthusiastic team with a great culture of Team bonding.
•bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent
•ideally 1 to 3 years of previous experience in HR Operations
•proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
•truly service oriented with great communication skills
•well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
•able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
•known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
•experience in working on any case management Tool
