Your role
We're looking for a talented associate with project management office experience and excellent communication skills for the Records Management Center of Expertise, helping us to establish and deliver on our vision for an effective, sustainable and trusted records management control environment.

This position includes the following activities:
• plan, prepare and execute presentations, governance meetings and reporting activities for various audiences, master the project management tool
• maintain the consolidated change plan and the project management reports for the team
• take minutes, collect, assign and track actions to closure from governance meetings
• activities related to organization, planning, information gathering and documentation activities to facilitate change initiatives within the team
• support the team in communication activities and with the preparation of training materials and online training events
Your team
You’ll be a member of the Records Management Center of Expertise team, closely collaborating with subject matter experts in the team and with partners from business and technology. We are a team of committed colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, working from three countries. Our objectives are to facilitate UBS managing information and records sustainably by identifying and implementing robust rules, processes, governance, tools, trainings, controls and reporting.

Your expertise
• experience in a similar role
• desire to work collaboratively as a part of our team and to gain insight in records management
• knowledge about project management methods and project management tools, organizational skills, and a passion to develop the knowledge further
• high level of self-direction and interpersonal skills to effectively work with others and elicit work output in a team environment
• known for concise and clear communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complicated things in a simple way to non-experts and keen to gain further experience
• fluent in English
• advanced user with very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams
• experience in working with project management tools such as Jira, PPM, Blueprint, GitLab is a plus
