Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the Human Resources Information Systems team as we work to deliver a compelling digital employee experience.
What’s special about this team:
The HRIS/EEI/People Analytics COE supports A70 as we transform capabilities to enable us to evolve the shape of the business. The COE provides global support to Human Resources programs and initiatives through digital employee experiences and insights. The HRIS team leads the evaluation, implementation, deployment, optimization, and management of our employee-facing systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central, Culture Amp, ServiceNow).
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external technology specialists to develop HR technology and process solutions for the enterprise. This role involves requirements gathering, design, training, change management, etc. This is a role that will offer visibility and exposure working broadly with global partners. In this role, you would be regularly doing the following:
- Provide system support to include system design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, training, issue-resolution, and report-writing/development
- Work within a business unit/division, acting as liaison between the business unit/division and the Technology division
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology specialists as well as other key stakeholders, as needed, to assure systems support business unit needs
- Analyze business systems, processes, databases, software and tools to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities to improve performance of business systems
- Perform testing, training and ongoing support to users, particularly during system changes and upgrades
- Manage user access and security parameters
What you’ll need:
- BA/BS in business, human resources, information technology, or computer services
- Minimum 3 years related experience operating as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, acting as a liaison between customers or end-users and the development team
- Background evaluating business requirements and translating into system implications
- Experience in business process improvement offering insights for improvements
Skills to be successful in the role:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS Technologies is desirable
- Flexible in working with global team members in other time zones
- Passion for improving the employee experience through digital tools and technology
- A learning mindset; you have an ongoing interest and passion for learning
- Knowledge and proficiency in HR applications and HR data flow
- Exercises a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity
- Data Management: Ability to collect, extract and manipulate data to support assigned business units
- Communicate Technical Information: Effectively communicating and presenting complex technical data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand technical data and translate it into actionable business insights
- Knowledge of Business Systems & Processes: Knowledge of supported business systems, system capabilities and operational knowledge of business processes and workflow for applicable business unit/division
- Business Software: Knowledge of software, databases and applications utilized by the business unit, including typical office suite software packages
