Responsibilities:
- management and coordination of a team of AP Specialists,
- supporting the team and building a good atmosphere,
- preparing and posting payments,
- posting of invoices and other documents,
- reconciling and confirming balances,
- settlements on supplier accounts,
- reporting activities,
- managing the electronic document circulation system,
- participation in process automation.
Requirements:
- professional experience in accounting,
- knowledge and understanding of AP processes,
- fluency in English and German (min. B2),
- knowledge of SAP and MS Office software,
- aptitude for team management,
- ability to build relationships,
- education in the field of finance welcomed.
