Talent Acquisition Team Leader

What you’ll do:
- Lead talent acquisition process and practice across ESAN
- Servs as the main point of contact in all Talent Acquisition related topics for HR Leadership and Senior Stakeholders
- Supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Specialists to ensure organizational talent needs are met
- Manage workload and leads mid to complex level projects to ensure agile talent acquisition delivery
- Make sure that the team is delivering a great customer experience throughout the process
- Execute Talent Acquisition strategy and policies with strong emphasis on direct sourcing channels across geographies
- Manage for the execution of Talent Acquisition process according to agreed roles & responsibilities on corresponding markets and geographical locations. Including collaboration with outside stakeholders (Talent Acquisition CoE Professionals, HR Generalists, HRBPs, external sourcing partners, language schools, etc) through intake calls with Hiring Managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering process and pre-onboarding activities.
- Proactively collaborate with other HR and Strategic Comms professionals, in area of Employer Branding
- Actively deliver Talent Acquisition processes for selected roles (eg. selected expert and senior leadership positions)
- Manage processing of the referral program
- Design and implements operational support experience in area of execution of Talent Acquisition process
- Manage the accuracy and consistency of Talent Acquisition data maintained in corresponding tools and systems
- Analyze all parts of end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and procedures, to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate and properly communicate changes to stakeholders
- Overseeing operating documentation and Knowledge Management for Talent Acquisition. Ensure all related processes and knowledge content is consistent, current and complete, based on internal/external policies.
- Partner with external partners / vendors, including vendor management (status calls, escalations, etc); plays a focal point for vendor for given area of responsibility
- Play a main contact point for HR CoEs
- Handle complex issues and escalations from stakeholders
- Prepare and maintains status reports, as well as dashboards.
- Monitor service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and acts accordingly. Work with numbers and draw insights from analytics to make the Talent Acquisition process smarter and more efficient
- Collaborate with HR Leadership with regards to service quality, service level agreements, escalations, improvements, lessons learnt
- Independently resolve moderately complex to complex problems
- Perform complex tasks and lead projects without close supervision
What you’ll need:
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment required
- Experience in Talent Acquisition delivery from SSC for multiple countries and cooperation with external sourcing partners is additional benefit
- Have strong customer focus
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market, sourcing tools and selection techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Staying current on industry standards/trends and bring proposals for implementation
- Experience in the field of executive search is advantage
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
- Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently, while taking equitable and fair decisions in leadership
- Excellent organization & time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
