For our Client, a global leader in energy industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist with Italian in Transport & Logistic department.
- building and maintaining a strong and positive relationship with the assigned portfolio of customers,
- providing phone and e-mail support to customers who have technical problems, questions related to company’s loyalty programs, internal applications etc.,
- tracking interactions with clients in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system,
- collecting basic financial data for internal reports.
- very good knowledge of English (min. B2) and Italian (min. C1),
