Opis stanowiska:
- recording and processing financial transactions related to orders and suppliers,
- acting as the first line of contact representing the team,
- checking and explaining discrepancies in payments,
- reviewing and posting invoices in accordance with accounting procedures and standards,
- preparation and submission of documentation for internal controls (meeting deadlines and quality assurance),
- identifying opportunities to improve processes in terms of quality and productivity,
- providing support to other team members.
Wymagania:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the AP process,
- very good knowledge of English and German (min. B2),
- a very good understanding of MS Office package,
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be a vital asset,
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics is welcome,
- features such as assertiveness, proactivity, action-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- ability to work with team members,
- Process transition experience will be an added advantage.
