Process Documentation Writing Junior Specialist
What you will do:
- Work on the ticketing system regarding documentation update requests.
- Draft the content being updated/added.
- Update/amend/create documentation (process instruction) templates.
- Be responsible for the content within Connect Composer (RCO Help Center).
- Plan, develop, write, and edit content in the Help Center.
- Maintain consistent structure and tone throughout help center.
- Maintain technical aspects of Connect Composer (draft/publish content, cooperate with Ops TLs, address comments).
- Responsible for inputs while drafting the content to assist Change Manager and unblock documentation ticket.
- Responsible for understanding the process and the changes requested.
- Responsible for understanding impacts (when noticed), and risks (when noticed) and calling that out to Change Manager.
What we expect:
- Availability to work full-time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Fluent English language (min B2+ level is required), both oral and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Analytical skills.
- Prior experience with process and/or technical writing in an operation environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML would be an asset.
