Team Coordinator with English and other language in Incident Management team
What will you do?
- Coordinate a team of 3 people gathering via tools the feedback of the customers regarding Client products
- Categorize feedbacks based on their characteristics and processing them further
- Present to the Client on a weekly basis the feedbacks coming from different markets
- Preparing weekly reports with the feedbacks and summary of current status
- Cooperate with your team and other stakeholders
What do we expect?
- Great communication skills
- Attentiveness to details
- English at least on C1 level
- Experience in team coordination
- Excel minimum at the intermediate level
- Big data warehouse experience is an asset
- Previous exposure to incident management would be an asset
- Assertiveness
- One additional language from the following ones is MANDATORY: German/ Spanish/ Italian/ Russian/ Korean/ Japanese
