Responsibilities:
- daily contact with customers (phone and e-mail),
- responding to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner,
- managing customer data in the system,
- monitoring arrears on customer accounts,
- timely and effective debt collection activities,
- identification of risks of uncollectible receivables,
- monitoring the debt collection process in the system,
- month-end closing activities.
Requirements:
- fluent knowledge of English and German,
- experience in a similar position,
- finance education,
- understanding of accounting principles,
- experience in working with the MS Office package,
- analytical thinking,
- ability to prioritize and organize work well,
- highly developed communication skills.
