Responsibilities:
- verification of incoming PO and non-PO invoices,
- processing vendors invoices, payments and credit notes,
- reconciliation of accounts,
- preparing payments,
- keeping relevant documents for audit,
- particiapting in process improvement acitivites.
Requirements:
- previous experience in PTP/AP area,
- fluent English and Italian OR German (at least B2),
- good understanding of end-to-end PTP/AP process,
- relevant educational background would be an asset,
- very good analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills,
- knowledge of Excel and any ERP system.
