Your Job

In the role of Procurement to Pay System Support Senior Specialist (Coupa) you will belong to a team of specialists and technical administrators responsible for the management of Procurementtoolsl, systems and master data.

In this role, you will be implementing the tool in the EMEA region, modelling the tool according to the business needs and acting as a single point of contact for the business, operations, IT and our suppliers.

  • Creating methods for maintenance and issue resolution for Procurement tools and systems

  • Leading maintenance, troubleshooting and error correction

  • Accessing user administration and maintaining group assignments

  • Supporting respective enablement teams with procurement technology, customizations, and future releases

  • Creating, maintaining & rationalizing the supplier master database (focusing on quality and integrity of data)

  • Managing the creation and maintaining activities for supplier records

  • Driving compliance & regulatory checks or validation when creating or changing a supplier master records

  • Implementing and managing a parent / child relationship with supplier records

About You

What makes you stand out?

  • Finance or Accounting Degree

  • Relevant experience in Procure to Pay processes

  • Relevant experience working with Procure to Pay tools – SAP must have Coupa will be an added value

  • Good Analytical and technical skills

  • Ability to communicate across all levels

  • Assertiveness

  • Fluent English (C1 level)

This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
