Your Job

In the role of S2P Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for creating contract records within the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). That includes specification of the materials or services procured by the company, the prices and other contract attributes. Define the conditions for the agreement, such as payment terms, freight charges, and taxes.

  • Review and analyse contracts within the company’s ERP system to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Provide recommendations for contract improvements and revisions
  • Communicate with procurement stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ERP contracts
  • Assess and manage risk associated with ERP contracts
  • Participate in ERP system implementation and integration

About You

What makes you stand out?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in P2P or related field
  • Fluent level of English (C1)
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies
  • Proficiency with database management tools and the ability to maintain and update contracts in ERP system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and lead presentations or training sessions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working North American hours – late shift

This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
