About Job
In the role of Pricing Operations Team Leader, you will manage a team of skilled individuals to ensure pricing operations run smoothly across the cluster and the team meet or even exceed their targets and KPI’s.
You will be a focal point for the revenue management team andcredit teams in discussions regarding ongoing pricing operations activities. Managing workflows, coaching, training and mentoring the team is a part of the daily activities in this role, as well as managing our internal customer expectations.
About You
With experience leading teams, training and mentoring others, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional English and German verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to approach problems from a creative and innovative perspective, while your strong collaboration and interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
You thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment, and you eagerly accept stretch goals. Your previous SAP and/or Salesforce knowledge will be helpful to get up to speed with our processes.
This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
