Your responsibilities

  • Supporting English-speaking customers in solving their problems
  • Contacting consumers via chat, e-mail and telephone
  • Entering call-related data in our system
  • Ensuring that users are satisfied with the professional assistance they receive

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1)
