As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a crucial member of Talent Acquisition Team. Interviews arrangements will be only a part of your duties. You will also build a strong relationship with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates and guide them through whole Recruitment Process.
Moreover, you will support our HR Ops Team with admin related activities and will have a chance to grow and develop within a global organization and very diverse team that cooperates with more than 20 EMEA countries.
You enjoy a teamwork in a high-volume environment. You can prioritize tasks and make bold decisions based on business needs. With your attention to detail, you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.
- Your communication skills (both written and verbal) are excellent
- You're an extraordinary example of time management and organizational skills
- You're experienced in following computer programs: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive
- You are highly motivated, reliable and self-started person
- You are fluent in English- C1 level (knowledge of any other additional European language is beneficial)
This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
