Resource management is one of the key areas at Testronic! We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and well-organized person to lead Resource Management function, which includes:

• Drive and develop the Resource Management Team to assure its quality of work with a can-do attitude and client centered approach.
• Optimize and improve the current processes and procedures in an effective and timely manner. Working with other functions in our organization (Recruitment, IT, Administration and Finance) to support long-term staff management.
• Drive development of tools supporting the Resource Management processes - looking for innovations in close cooperation with the team management and other stakeholders like Recruitment, HR, Learning & Development etc.
• Forecast resource and hardware needs with the input of historical data and create plans to ensure the availability of resources when needed.
• Works to highlight and manage any risks that could threaten the smooth running of the operations department.
• Manage and support the Work from Home team in all its activities, such as shipping hardware in and out of the office for people working remotely and tracking and logging equipment.
• Work with the BI team to establish relevant reporting. Support the manufacturing of RMT internal reporting as needed. Develop and maintain resource-related documentation.

Requirements

• Professional experience in staffing and/or resource management.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in optimizing processes in organization, proposing adjustments, and building consensus around them.
• Good knowledge of software tools supporting the process execution.
• Can prioritize tasks, organize your work and that of your subordinates and perform under pressure.
• Ability to build strong business relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels within the business.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of polish labor law.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
