Junior Collections Analyst with Swedish
What will You do:
- Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.
- Forecasting cash, risks, opportunities, past due level
- Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance, and Customer Service departments
- Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
- Helping in resolution of disputes
What we expect from You:
- Fluent Swedish and English - written and oral (B2 minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office Excel skills
- Experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving, or cash collecting would be an asset
