Your Job
In the role of EMEA Tax Accounting & Reporting Expert, you will partner with the EMEA Tax Accounting Team Leader and EMEA Financial Controllers in the tax reporting process, ensuring that the quality of information and control within CCH Integrator is maintained at a high level. The role is closely linked with the monthly/quarterly reporting and follows the global closing calendar.
You will often provide technical support on all aspects of tax reporting to the Financial Controllers in the region including CCH Integrator, tax accounting/reporting under US, tax reporting requirements in line with Kimberly-Clark requirements; training on CCH Integrator and US Tax Accounting for new colleagues in the team.
You will be a focal point for the business for all matters related to the Book To Return reconciliation, month end tax reporting process, the external and internal auditors with extracting information from CCH Integrator.
As a part of an EMEA team, you will be working closely with process owners in finance, external & internal auditors, financial management and other regional internal controls consultants.

About You
With experience in accounting and reporting in a multinational company and university professional qualification in economics and accounting, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional English verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels.
Your good knowledge of tax accounting rules and requirements under US GAAP and ideally IFRS gained (preferably confirmed with recognized accounting certificates) will enable you to act as a focal point providing source information and drive the tax reporting process.
You thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment, and you eagerly accept stretch goals. Your strong and consistent experience in interpreting and articulating complex tax matters will be essential to get up to speed with our processes.
This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
