Purpose of the role:

Managing the publication of web content across our digital platforms. Leads the team of Digital Content Publication Specialists. The primary focus will be to ensure the timely and accurate publishing of content, maintain website quality standards, and optimize the user experience. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage content workflows, and implement best practices for web content publishing.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the ESAN digital content publishing team, motivate the team and develop new talents.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of content publishing, ensuring timely and accurate publication across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and concerned stakeholders to gather and review content for publishing.
  • Use content management systems (CMS) or other publishing tools to upload, format, and schedule content for publication.
  • Responsible for web content management, lifecycle, SEO optimization.
  • Responsible for Digital Content KPI definition, collaborating with the Content quality management specialist on the governance, maintaining and reporting and seeking process & content improvements in all areas of responsibility.
  • Provides solutions to a wide-range of difficult issues and independently develops solutions
  • Tracking and monitoring budget adherence and implementing measure in case of deviations
  • Implement and maintain a consistent system for tagging and categorizing content to enhance searchability and discoverability.
  • Optimize content metadata, including titles, descriptions, and keywords, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Establish and manage content publishing workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of content.
  • Coordinate with content creators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to review, and obtain approvals for content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, to align on content publishing requirements and timelines.
  • Use data and user feedback to inform content optimization strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website functionality and performancey.
  • Coordinate the implementation of website updates, bug fixes, and new features related to content publishing.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of web technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for content creators and stakeholders on content publishing processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to content creators regarding content formatting, image optimization, and other publishing-related inquiries.
  • Manage agencies, negotiate contracts, locate, assess and replace vendors when necessary and monitor service levels
  • Represent content publishing team in key digital strategic projects related to content capabilities such as Commerce Next and ensures implementation of projects & initiatives to the highest standard.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to content tagging and metadata optimization.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, digital media, e-commerce, SEO
  • Proven experience in web content management, content publishing, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web publishing best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
  • Proven experience of best practices in website design, content marketing, Online Content Publication on numerous international Websites, including copywriting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with multiple content sources.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues related to content publishing and website functionality.
