This role works closely with the assigned business area(s) to support the technical training process, including the training needs of managers and process owners. As a member of the Technical Training team, you will support the development, implementation, and sustainment of role-based training plans for all personnel and assist in generating/distributing metrics, maintaining procedures, monitoring effectiveness, enabling process improvements, and supporting NC/CAPA activities to ensure training compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the training needs of managers, process owners and subject matter experts within functional area(s) of responsibility, including the implementation of role-based training.
  • Complete training workflow tasks within the Change Control process to ensure accurate training is being planned and assigned in the LMS when new or revised documents are released
  • Support actions for NC/CAPAs related to training outcomes or the training process.
  • Own processes and documents associated to the training process, where appropriate.
  • Support the generation of training performance metrics for periodic leadership meetings and forums (e.g., Quality Systems Management Review).
  • Generate and distribute training metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and address adverse trends and deviations.
  • Support Technical Training process audits/inspections and support requests for training records and/or evidence for qualification.
  • Monitor the overall training process and system for continual improvement opportunities, making recommendations as necessary.
  • Participate in Communities of Practice or tactic teams to share training expertise that drives continual improvement of Stryker training performance and practices.
  • Liaise with the Information Services and SLMS Shared Services teams to process ServiceNow tickets and ensure proper business requirements are being followed.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of ad hoc training inquiries from the business, as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and projects, as assigned.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience working in a highly regulated quality/compliance environment.
  • Experience supporting training processes for manufacturing operations a plus.
  • Working knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO 13485 regulations.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, document management, and change control processes.
  • Ability to present and/or facilitate meetings/trainings in both 1:1 and group settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Demonstrated organizational and document management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong excel skills.
  • Excellent English, good to have Germany or Spanish

Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or College Diploma in the area of Learning & Development, Education, Quality, or Human Resource Related discipline.
