Banking & Cards Analyst/Senior with English and one of the following: German, French, Italian or Spanish
Your daily tasks:
- Customer Cards back-office processing
- Responsibility for all incoming garnishments, insolvencies, payouts to creditor, p-account entering/reverting.
- Communication with customers, as well as creditors and their representatives
- Handling all processes regarding the topics of customer data requests, and account, estates like: Account switching, bank inquiries, GDPR requests, power of attorney, and disposition of estate accounts
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Banking and Financial domain, preferred candidates with Cards Chargeback, Collections and Fraud operations experience
- Fluent in English and one of the following: German, French, Italian or Spanish
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Commerce/Business/Finance/Accounting related field)
- Good skills in reasoning and analytical thinking
- Strong knowledge on MS Office tools
