Here, in your Global Reporting & QA Specialist-OTC role you will develop and deliver reporting and analytics solutions designed to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
You will also create, design, build, modify KPI reports, scorecards, dashboards in SharePoint using tools for data visualization.
You will be supporting our development user community as a first point of contact and participate as a consultant on special project assignments as requested by the management.
As Global Reporting & QA Specialist-OTC, You will influence changes necessary to establish a culture of quality and be a strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of analyzing complex business processes and focusing on standardizing, optimizing and automating business operations.

About You

Additionally, you are proficient in identifying, retrieving and appending data from internal databases and external data sources in support of reporting and analytics operations
Requirements:

You have a knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Tableu, Power Bi and SQL)

You have been working previously in corporation environment (1-2 years)

You are experienced with SAP with background in Order-to-Cash area (understanding the processes is desired

You are able to set up and calculate SLA, KPI and Data Analytics

You are a communicative person with a fluent English- both oral and written
This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
