Responsibilities:

• reach out to customers regarding unsettled payments,
• perform cash collection processing and identify potential disputes,
• perform Credit Management activities,
• identify potential bad debts and high-risk customers,
• research and resolve customer dispute cases,
• updating documentation.

Requirements:

• knowledge of English and German (at least B2 level),
• previous experience in Customer Service or OTC/AR area,
• understanding of end-to-end OTC/AR process or willingness to learn it,
• problem-solving and detail-oriented,
• good analytical skills,
• educational background in the Finance and Accounting area would be an asset.
