For our client international company from lighting industry we are looking for candidates who will be responsible for Sales and Customer Care in Spain and South America.
- develop the company's sales in Spain and South America,
- build long term relationship with current and prospective clients (mainly electrical wholesalers and distributors),
- networking and development of brand awareness,
- participation in industry trade fairs,
- active development of knowledge about lighting products,
- apply the sales action plan defined by Head of Sales,
- propose offers and products that meet the expectations of different clients,
- communicate with the back office using all appropriate means to enable them to optimize communication and service toward clients,
- report activities in CRM software.
- strong people and communication skills,
- first experience in active sales or experience in customer service and willing to develop in sales,
- readiness for business travelling in Europe (up to 25% of time),
- very good command of German,
- sales and negotiation skills,
- good level of IT skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
