  • As a Candidate Care Specialist, you are responsible for a throughout positive Candidate Experience within Stryker’s recruiting process.
  • You will own the candidate care process, not only will you coordinate telephone and (virtual) interviews with candidates and hiring managers across Europe, you will also be the first point of contact for candidates during the application process. You will be with them throughout their journey making it as seamless as possible.
  • Working with our travel providers and Personal Assistants, you will coordinate any travel and accommodation for candidates where applicable and manage travel expense claims, working with internal teams on payment.
  • You will work on projects in Candidate Care for process improvement or cost reduction and support the Talent Acquisition team with organizing team/recruiting events or other administrative tasks.
  • In this role, you will hold high responsibility from day one.

What Are We Looking For?

  • You have professional experience in an executive support or office administration role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as Polish. Additionally, you speak at least one other foreign language, such as Spanish, French, Italian or Turkish.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.
  • You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.
  • You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines and show initiative and self-motivation.
  • You hold strong PC skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You genuinely care about doing a great job.
