Transversal Account Manager with French in Private Capital

Transversal Account Manager with French in Private Capital

Location: Warszawa

As a Transversal Account Manager, you will need to be both an operational coordinator and a client relationship facilitator.

You will ensure the operational coordination of Private capital services covering Fund’s position-keeping, record-keeping and accounting activities: identifying and drawing to the attention of management if procedures are not understood or have not been properly followed in order to take corrective measures; and monitoring compliance with the SLA.

You will be familiar with all operational processes and will need to know their specific features.

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 2 years’ experience dealing with transactions, investment banking and/or finance industry, preferably middle office.
  • You have technical skills in operations, structuring, control and desire exposure to customer relations and analysis.
  • Your English and French level is advanced and you are a master of ‘back office’ (i.e. timeliness, attention to details, proactive cooperation with others, ability to follow-up and track, etc.).
  • You are strong communicator with demonstrated team spirit, synthesis and organizational skills, and have previous experience developing and adapting processes.
  • You have a client-centric approach and are able to build strong relationship sand trust with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in the investigation of operational incidents (preparation of post-mortem, timely reporting of Birdie incident, and implementing preventative measures).
  • You will be a key point of contact for certain clients.
  • You will ensure that all client requests have been met and/or delivered by operational teams within the defined timeframe.
  • You will be responsible for production of KPIs and will participate in Service Review meetings.
  • You will prepare internal information documents/notes detailing client specificities per the SLA.
  • You will supervise/oversee recurring reporting campaigns.
  • You will participate in the deployment / testing of new applications.
  • You will take part in monitoring and responding to client requests.
  • You will assist in the resolution of problems and incidents in Private Capital in close collaboration with other bank departments, and provide summarized feedback.
