Inside Sales Manager with German (all gender)
Key Essentials:
- Coach, manage, and develop the next generation of sales leaders
- Drives sales team performance by directly managing Digital Inside Sales sellers and setting KPI targets
- Conduct group and individual sales meetings on a regular cadence
- Implement effective sales and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued success
- Provide input to Sales and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to drive future sales
- Generate weekly data analysis and reporting
- Owns team performance against sales targets; implements sales execution process
- Advanced sales management leadership experience
- Extensive sales reporting experience and knowledge
- General knowledge and ability to implement sales methodologie
- Design and develop sales execution process
- Interface directly with client and sales leaders as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales or lead generation
- Minimum of 3 years’ team lead/manager experience
- Language(s) Required: German - minimum level C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency with data analytic tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools
