• Represent the PMO with independence and minimal direction
• Knows and applies advanced concepts of program management to directly influence finance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Assess overall process health and problem solve accordingly
• Ability to persuasively direct and influence groups that are not your direct reports
• Create and maintain project governance
• Comprehensive understanding of financial systems and processes needed to be adhered
• Collaborate with leadership to create successful project planning and project tracking
• Establish structure for meetings and tracking RAID items, create Steerco materials and dashboards, etc.
• Establish meeting cadence and tools
• Establish and chair steering team meetings
• Support workstream to ensure resources are provided for key activities in Design, Build, Test, and Launch

Key requirements:

• 8+ years in management or program experience in a multinational company, senior leaders to accomplish project goals of the organization
• Experience launching finance technologies a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent required
• Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
• Fluent English
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology, techniques, and tools
• Proven experience in people management, risk management, and change management
• Proficient in project management software
• The ability to strategically resolve change management issues within deadlines while utilizing persuasive, professional tenacity without the direct authority to do so (indirect reports)
• Strong understanding of finance processes or working in a finance center
